Don't get caught with their speech about gutter protection. It don't work. You still have to clean them because debris clogs the top of the gutter protection. Wasting your hard earned money.
I'm a little shocked at these reviews, first off... The girl who answered the phones, was amazing. She was extremely helpful. Made the whole process very pain free. She was always available by phone and more than happy to answer questions. I was rescheduled a few times, but I knew that going into it . I would think it's common with the profession. The installer was a machine. He worked alone but he was quick and efficient. I don't think he even stopped to eat. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even rehung my Christmas lights for me. I was very pleased, I would recommend them to anyone. If we ever needed anything else done, they will be my first call. Thanks Bay Roofing!
Should not take on customers if u cancel on them at 4:30pm on Friday when the job was starting on Monday, would not accommodate if there was a cancellation with a customer to slide me in but she was willing to take 20% down then do the repairs in 2024 lol no thanks, that’s like me asking u for 20% down to make sure u show up. This roof was urgent replacement as I just bought the house and was booked for the repair ruffly 2 months prior, U guys broke out of your own contract.. 1 ⭐️ rating 👍
