Ben and his crew were excellent! The guys were all nice and kept us in the loop. If I had questions; the one guy who seemed to be in charge would take the time to explain to me. The crew was large so the job was done quickly. We had an issue with the structure of one area of the roof (old home, and had some rotting in one spot that they were shocked hadn’t collapsed yet); they sent us photos and made a suggestion. Then quoted the job promptly. Once we accepted, they sent someone to get the additional materials and it didn’t seem to slow production, despite the added pretty big job. They had to re support and change out some of the roof trusses, change the plywood in that area, add air baffles and re insulate! It’s not fun to add to the budget with unexpected things but we knew they came in fair and we knew it had to be done. And we are thankful they caught it, so it didn’t cause issues down the line. We’re so happy it’s “done right!” ;) When they were leaving, they had room in their dump trailer and offered to take some of our garbage (old siding in a pile) with them. They even loaded it. Work ethic A+.
Roofing Done Right did our roof let week and we are so pleased with their work. A group of about 8 workers showed up at 8:00 am and by 2:00 they were cleaned up and gone. Except for the new roof you’d never know they had been here. A great group of guys, they were friendly, professional, did a great job on the roof and cleaned up after themselves. Great price too! Thanks Ben and crew for a great experience!
RDR re-shingled my house 8 years ago. They did such a great job that I new I had to have Ben and his team back to shingle my new garage. With the rainy weather over the last couple weeks, they found time whenever it wasn’t raining to get it DONE RIGHT. Great cleanup too!
I did not know that getting your roof done could be such a pleasant experience. Ben and his crew were considerate, on time and professional. We went thru at least 4 companies for estimates and quotes, time consuming and a hassle. Next time I know now, I will call Ben first for any and all roofing needs. Fantastic Job!!
